The agreement between you and xShellz when you use the service.

By creating an account or using xShellz ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our acceptable-use rules and all applicable laws and IRC network policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Prices and plan capabilities are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
4. Availability
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with the law.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
