Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

Last updated June 8, 2026

This policy explains how xShellz handles your data. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

What we collect

  • Account data — email, username, and authentication details.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
  • Service data — connector configuration, logs and backlog needed to operate your bouncer, retained per your plan.
  • Technical data — IP addresses and request metadata for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

  • To provide, secure and improve the service.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with processors that help us run the service (e.g. payments, infrastructure) and where required by law.

Retention & your rights

Logs and backlog are retained per your plan's retention window. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Closing your account removes your runtimes and associated data.

Security

We use isolated runtimes, SASL authentication and TLS in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your session as private and never shared.
