Refund Policy

We want you on a plan that fits — and off it cleanly if it doesn't. The free tier means you can try the core service at no cost before paying for anything.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free tier.

Refunds

• Monthly plans are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period.
• If you were charged in error, or hit a problem on our side that we can't resolve, contact us and we'll make it right.
• Refund requests are handled case by case within a reasonable time.

Open a ticket via support with your account email and the charge in question. We'll respond promptly.
